Recital season and the end of the year celebrations are upon us! This is a great time to reflect on the great work you have done this past year as we settle into a slower summer season!

Summer Camps 2026 | Registration is officially OPEN! Register online HERE! We’ve got all sorts of exciting camps for ages 0-18!

Summer Break | The school is closed June 22 – July 3. Summer Session begins the week of July 6!

Summer Schedule | The Summer Schedule is posted to the My Music Staff database – and if your personal calendar is synced, your classes will appear automatically!

Fall 2026 Priority Scheduling | If you signed up for summer lessons and/or summer camps, you’ll be receiving a Google Form for the Fall Schedule on July 1st! General scheduling will open up in early August!

Fall Break | The school is closed August 24 – September 4.

Sound Beginnings Open House | Wednesday, September 2, 5:30-6pm at EMS
Let’s Play Music Parent Orientation | Wednesday, September 2, 6-7pm at EMS

Fall 2026 Classes | Fall classes begin the week of September 7 (YES, on Labor Day – it’s so late this year!).

Spring Recital Recap | WOW, what an amazing weekend! Seven shows, some 200 students, so much fun and celebration! We LOVED getting to be a part of your student's big day! Thank you for letting them share their success with all of us!

Let's Play Music (Incoming Ages 4-6) | Registration for NEXT YEAR is officially open! Mark your calendars for another FUN and exciting year of music learning and grab the class times that work for you before they fill up!

Bridge (LPM Graduates Only) | This is an exciting program, digging deeper into the musicality, chord theory, and piano technique, in the FUN group class environment that you already know and love through LPM! My three sons have been taking piano lessons at EMS for the past six years, and it has been an incredible experience for our family. While EMS is an outstanding music school, the recitals and festivals have been especially valuable in helping them build confidence and develop their performance skills. Ms. Elizabeth is exceptionally kind and truly passionate about music education. Her enthusiasm, dedication, and joy for teaching piano are evident in every lesson, and her commitment to her students is unmatched. This program provides and excellent base for a child's musical development. I feel my kids understanding of music theory gained from Let's Play Music will allow them to pursue any instrument they desire in the future. She inspires the kids to be curious and to put in the work. As a lifelong musician myself, I wish I had something like this when I was younger. Our youngest has taken piano lessons for two year and has learned a ton from her teacher (currently Ms. Jean).  Our son just started drum lessons from Mr. Charles a few months ago.
